This recipe is from Richard M., a public safety specialist at Spire.
Richard's grilling pro tip: Never clean your grill with any metallic wire-style brush. The bristles can break off and stick to the grill, which can end up in your food and accidentally be ingested. Nonmetallic grill brushes are readily available at any hardware store or online retailers. And, keep a fire extinguisher nearby any time you grill. You never know when you’re going to need it.
