Spire hosts sessions to engage with Missouri customers

Customers can provide the natural gas utility with ideas to improve programs and services

ST. LOUIS (May 12, 2021) — As part of Spire’s continuing commitment to their customers, the natural gas utility will conduct their second “Fresh Perspectives Customer Engagement Project” to get direct input from Missouri customers.
The project allows customers to connect with Spire representatives about their thoughts on current and future programs and services.

“By actively listening to our customers, we can stay focused on understanding their needs,” said Scott Carter, President Spire Missouri. “We can better understand what we’re doing well, what we can improve, and how our customers’ needs are changing and evolving.”

This is the second time Spire has conducted customer engagement work through Listening Labs in Missouri. Customer feedback from sessions conducted in 2019 was used to create enhanced services and programs, like the newly introduced online energy assessment tool that provides customers with the opportunity to perform an online, self-guided assessment of the energy efficiency of their home at no charge, and offers customized information on reducing energy use and saving money.

“We’re excited to engage with our customers again and learn how we can continue to better serve them,” said Christopher Gagliano, Spire’s vice president of customer experience.

In addition, representatives from Spire’s energy efficiency and customer experience teams – including community support specialists – will be also be onsite to answer questions about rebates and other programs and services, including energy assistance.

The Listening Labs will be held across Spire’s service areas throughout Missouri. Dates, times and locations are:
