Do I have to re-register my account?

Part of becoming Spire means giving you the tools to make your life easier – like a revamped website full of new features. Your old account number is still the same, but now you can manage your account from your phone, sign up for text and email alerts, sign up for convenient services like budget billing, schedule service appointments and more. Simply register your account to unlock these new features.

How else can I pay my bill online?

If you don’t want to register through My Account, you can still submit a one-time payment here.

Please note: A fee of $1.60 will be charged for making one-time payments online or over the phone. An easy way to avoid this is to enroll in e-bill through My Account.

What happens if I don't register with Spire?

We’d love for you to register your account online with us. But we understand if you want to pay another way. We have plenty of online and offline payment options that will work for you.

Can I still mail my bill to the same place?

Of course. If you wish to pay your Spire bill by mail:

Do I have to re-enroll in Auto Pay or e-bill?

All your previously scheduled automatic payments, e-bill and budget billing program enrollments, payment arrangements and billing and usage history will still be available in your new Spire account — but with a new look and feel.

Is your phone number still the same?

Our phone number is still the same. To report a gas emergency, make a payment over the phone or speak to a member of our team about your account, contact us. 

Why did Laclede Gas change its name?

We’re still the same company — just serving you with a whole new energy. Our growing company now serves homes in Missouri, Mississippi and Alabama, so we’ve changed our name to better reflect the  company we’re becoming. See what else is new
